Snow!

The past week or so we've been having lots of snow here in the Netherlands. Quite unusual, but sooo nice. It has been quite cold (still is!) and people are out enjoying it by ice skating. Speaking of ice skating, if we're lucky the "11 Cities tour", might actually happen this year. Most years it's not possible as it doesn't get cold enough here. On New Year's Day when I woke up, first thing I could think about was spring! As soon as we enter January I start longing for the first green leaves, but of course that will take a little while with this type of cold. This morning for instance was cold and so b e a u t i f u l !

When it comes to jewellery, I've gotten some nice new stones home today. Among those are some very pretty pale rose quartz cabochons which would make some cute earrings...
