Weekend projects

I'm home alone this weekend and finally having some time for new jewellery! (My partner is in Sweden for the weekend to help my dad out with his new house..)

So far, I've had his parents over for a visit, and I've been out driving for an hour. I had a sewing project planned, but I didn't have everything at home so that will have to wait. I also wanted to make some bread, and maybe that will happen tomorrow... After the weekend I'll have the yarn I need to finish a knitting project I started on recently, so I'm looking forward to that!

My little (okay, not so little) cat Rex who likes to lay on a chair next to me while I'm working at the computer... (I tried to solve the mess of all the wires coming down from the desk by tying them up together but it still looks messy...Especially photographed like this!)

I've tidied up a bit and I'm going to light some candles in a while, have a cup of tea or two, and watch a movie. As my dear partner isn't at home, I think I'll watch Ironman again! I don't mind watching movies I've already seen over and over. He thinks it's a waste of time.















These are the roses my partner's parents brought when visiting this afternoon. Sooo pretty!

Now it's time to stop typing and to go and get a pair of earrings I've been working on and see if I can continue for a bit!
